Where are JPalm garments made?

All JPalm garments are expertly hand sewn by Julia in her workroom NEITHER.project in central Wellington, New Zealand. The fabrics are carefully chosen from New Zealand suppliers, and often vintage or found fabrics are re-purposed. Many of the textiles are distressed or treated by hand - such as the hand bleach dipping or any frayed edges etc.

What is your shipping policy?

All pre-made items will be packaged and dispatched within three days of ordering. Any custom-made orders will be made within three weeks of ordering, unless any unforeseen circumstances occur (fabric shortages etc) - then you will be notified of a new delivery time. All orders are shipped from Wellington, New Zealand

DOMESTIC

Urban Courier - $10 nzd
Rural Courier - $12 nzd

Shipping within New Zealand will be delivered to an urban address within 5 working days. For rural deliveries please allow 10 working days. All orders will come with a tracking number - automatically emailed to you when order has been dispatched. For any queries please email - info@jpalm.co.nz with your order number.

INTERNATIONAL

Australia - $35 nzd
International Tracked Shipping - $50 nzd

All orders are shipped from Wellington, New Zealand. Please allow up to 12 working days for international orders to be delivered. All orders will come with a tracking number - automatically emailed to you when order has been dispatched. JPalm is not responsible for any of the duties or taxes associated with the delivery of your package. For any queries please email - info@jpalm.co.nz with your order number.

Can I return an item?

We understand that buying online can be hard - as you don’t get to try it on before you buy. Because of this we offer a refund on full priced pre-made items - minus any shipping costs. Unfortunately any discounted items or custom-made items cannot be returned and are final sale. The item must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and with all hang tags attached.

To make a return please email info@jpalm.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your purchase, and return the item to this address:
199 Aro St, Aro Valley, Wellington 6021, New Zealand

Please make sure that the returned item is back at JPalm within 7 days of originally receiving the goods. Remember to get a tracking number as we can’t take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. Once the item has been returned to JPalm you will receive your refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes of course! We just need to be emailed within 24 hours of you receiving your purchase. Once we know the item you want to swap it for - we will put it on hold for you. Please return the original item to JPalm within 7 days to the following address:
